My mission

Everyone deserves to feel confident, empowered and comfortable in their own body which is what inspired me to become a personal trainer.
Exercise isn’t a punishment, it's a celebration of what our bodies can achieve. I'm here to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes and redefine the narrative around fitness.
Whether you're a beginner to exercise or a seasoned enthusiast seeking a new challenge, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
My background

I don’t come from a sporting background and haven’t always enjoyed exercise. It took me a while to find my feet when it came to fitness.
Sick of trying every fad diet and spending hours doing cardio with no results, everything changed when I discovered strength training.
I instantly fell in love with lifting weights and so began my passion for fitness. As well as seeing a big change in body composition, I learnt to appreciate my body – which was a huge step for me. Focusing on getting stronger rather than worrying about what the scale said was a game-changer.
This new-found confidence even inspired me to sign up to events I never thought I’d be capable of including half marathons, Spartan races and Hyrox.
