I want to help break societal norms when it comes to menopause.
From hormonal fluctuations to shifts in body composition, women face many challenges, but we can thrive in our 40s and beyond with the right support and guidance.
An in-depth onboarding process enables me to take a holistic approach when it comes to your training. Sessions are tailored to address specific concerns such as bone density, muscle mass maintenance, pelvic floor concerns, mood regulation, menopause symptoms, nutrition habits and sleep disturbances.
I promote a positive and proactive approach to this natural life transition, it doesn’t have to be all doom and gloom!
My mission
Every woman deserves to feel confident, empowered and comfortable in her own body which is what inspired me to become a personal trainer.
Exercise isn’t a punishment, it's a celebration of what our bodies can achieve. I'm here to break down barriers, challenge stereotypes and redefine the narrative around women's fitness.
Whether you're a beginner to exercise or a seasoned enthusiast seeking a new challenge, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
My background
I don’t come from a sporting background and haven’t always enjoyed exercise. It took me a while to find my feet when it came to fitness.
Sick of trying every fad diet and spending hours doing cardio with no results, everything changed when I discovered strength training.
I instantly fell in love with lifting weights and so began my passion for fitness. As well as seeing a big change in body composition, I learnt to appreciate my body – which was a huge step for me. Focusing on getting stronger rather than worrying about what the scale said was a game-changer.
This new-found confidence even inspired me to sign up to events I never thought I’d be capable of including half marathons, Spartan races and Hyrox.
